periodically. The terms and policies for this site may be
revised from time to time through an updated posting. Revisions

site and you should contact the Organization or the administrator
or teacher who gave you your user identification and password

Organization controls, defines and manages the collection,

SuccessMaker Enterprise™ Application. This site uses the SuccessMaker Enterprise web based system of the Pearson Digital Learning business group
of NCS Pearson, Inc. ("NCS Pearson"). NCS Pearson
has given the Organization a non-exclusive license to use
the SuccessMaker Enterprise application solely in furtherance
of the Organization's educational and instructional purposes.
The SuccessMaker Enterprise application is protected by intellectual property
rights, including copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets,
owned by NCS Pearson and/or their licensors. Modification, duplication,
distribution or reverse engineering of the SuccessMaker Enterprise
application is prohibited, without the express written permission
of NCS Pearson.
Access
to this Site. Access to this site is restricted by password.
The Organization controls and manages the grant of user identifications
and passwords. The Organization may terminate access at any
time for any reason. User identifications and passwords are
personal and may not be shared. User identifications and passwords
must be kept confidential. It is important that you exit under
your user identification and password at the end of each session.

new password, or if you become aware of any unauthorized use
or access to this site.
In order
to use this site, you must have access to the World Wide Web
and have all equipment and services necessary to connect to

authorized by the Organization for Organization administration,
educational and instructional purposes. No user may access

In addition, you may not obtain or attempt to obtain through
this site any materials or information not intentionally made
available to you through this site.

The Organization and its vendors, including, without limitation,
NCS Pearson, will have no liability for the termination of
your access to this site, for your use of this site or for
any problems or damage that you may experience as a result
of using this site (including unauthorized access to, or interception
or alteration of, your data), even if advised of the possibility
of such liability, damage or problems.
